Setup steps, ensure order, and startup validation for gcm_pedSystem.

Requirements

ox_lib
oxmysql
One framework: qb-core or es_extended

Database import

Import bd.sql from the resource root. It creates:

gcm_peds

Ensure order

cfg

ensure ox_lib
ensure oxmysql
ensure qb-core
ensure gcm_pedSystem

Startup checks

Confirm framework/version banner appears in server console.
Run /pedmenu as staff and verify panel opens.
Grant a test PED and relog to validate forced/default behavior.
