By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to the latest version of our Terms of Service as well as the Tebex Terms of Supply.

GCMod reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Support

Support is available only to verified customers and server developers using our products.

To receive support, you must provide your Tebex Transaction ID, which can be found in your purchase confirmation email.

In certain situations, refunds cannot be issued if we are unable to assist with a specific problem. These situations are explained below.

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

If the resource is being used with a modified, outdated, or incomplete version of a supported framework or voice script required by the product.
If the resource is used with an unsupported framework or voice script, and the resource cannot be fully converted.
However, we will do our best to assist with the conversion process.
If a feature or function was never advertised in the product description or showcase video.
If the product stops working due to modifications made by the user, including edits to:
- resource files
- configuration files
- translation files

The redistribution, leaking, or resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this policy will result in the following actions:

Immediate ban from our Tebex store, and revocation of access to all purchased products without refund.
Including our product files (except configuration files and translation files) in publicly distributed packages will also result in a Tebex account ban and access removal.
Servers using leaked versions of our products may be reported to FiveM, which could lead to a server ban.

These terms apply to all GCMod products and services.
